Returns

Due to the personal-care nature of our products and for health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise has a product-related issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review each request individually.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue or defect
• Photos of the product and packaging, when applicable

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return or replacement shipping costs unless F&F Co. LLC determines that the product has a verified defect or was damaged due to an issue for which F&F Co. LLC is responsible. For a verified product defect, F&F Co. LLC will cover applicable shipping costs and issue an approved refund or replacement, as appropriate.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds, replacements, credits, or other resolutions are determined at the discretion of F&F Co. LLC ownership after reviewing the circumstances of the request. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, improperly stored, or simply no longer wanted are not eligible for a refund.
